2 – Second officer certificate in Liverpool England. U.K1979 .

3 – Chief officer certificate in Cardiff .U.K 1983.

4 – Master (Captain) certificate in United Arab Emirates 1986

5 – All the sea training (sea time) on British ships till end of 1979 .

6 – Worked on Libyan ships with different ranks.

Sailed as master on Libyan ships for 9 years .

7 – Registered as surveyor in Misurata court since 1992 .

8 – From 1993 till end of 1995 ,worked as lecturer in Tripoli maritime academy teaching

(Radar, Business and law , international maritime law and collision regulations)

9 – Examiner in the maritime academy in Libya from 1993 till 1995.

10 – Member of higher committee of examination board for maritime studies 1994/1995.

11 – Registered as Surveyor and Legal translator in court of appeal in Tripoli since Jan 1995

12 – 1996 went back to work as captain on Libyan ships.

13 – Participated model course on MARPOL 73/78 – annex I , organized by IMO.

14- Joined few courses on ISO 9001 , 2……….….14 .

15 – Commercial manager in General national maritime company 1999.

16 – Manager of universal shipping agency Tripoli.2000/2001 .

17 – Worked in different committees inside and out side the shipping companies.

18 – Member in Libyan Tunisian maritime committee.

19 – Member in committee of modifying Libyan maritime law

20 – Did cargo inspection for BALTIC CONTROL for over 2 years in Libyan ports.

21 – Renewed ISO 90001,2…. ISO / dec17020 January 2006

22 – Internal auditor in an inspection company since 2006.

23 – Marine consultant for few private maritime and shipping companies

24 – Still doing surveys for P & I clubs in Europe and for other companies.

25 – Member of Libyan committee for endorsement of fishing boats to meet ICCAT

requirements since 2016.

26 – International arbitrator .since 2016

27 – .Internal Auditor for ships on ISM – ISPS – MLC

28 – Now working as independent cargo surveyor for local and international companies.
